Plant, I fed mine ... stupid spider shouldn't have been trying to make a home in a carnivorous plant.

Physical therapy this morning was painful. I was already in more pain than normal from being the landing bag for flying child this weekend. Stretching and pulling that arm today didn't help. The electric pads that they use on my muscles got really strong at the end, making my arm jump all around. I had to ask her to turn it off because it was ( Read more... )

Had another physical therapy appointment this morning. Today we started with all the exercises and stretches that I'll be doing. It's very low impact and not rushed at all, but it does work those sore muscles. I haven't done any type of workout since my junior year in high school, so about 9 years ( Read more... )
